Tuesday, November 4, 2014 at approximately 3:00PM: A man walked in to the Eshel hotel, located at 272 Kingston Avenue between Eastern Parkway and Lincoln Place, and asked if he can help with the garbage disposal as he was looking for work. The manager immediately recognized the man as a serial thief that had been coming back to the hotel over the past few weeks. Amongst other things, he had stolen a cell phone and a water urn. The manager told the thief that he needed to check something, stalling him while he quickly called the Shmira hotline. Shmira members arrived and detained the thief until police arrived and placed him under arrest.

So, folks, there’s at least a 42% chance he’ll be back. Tougher laws, as mandated by ‘The 7 Noahide Laws’ will result in a great crime drop. HOWEVER this does NOT employ enough employees of our criminal justice system. Even though the public suffers from our weak laws, too bad folks. If you don’t like it…leave This Great America! Dear Americans: spend more on crime insurance, surveillance cameras, doctor bills, sick leave (Due to assaults), etc.
By the way, Democrats & Republicans NEVER talk about America’s huge crime budget.
‘ Incarceration is not only costly and inequitable, it is ineffective. The recidivism rate in the NY State system is 39.9%,[viii] with a 42% rate in the NYC corrections systems.[ix] . . . ‘
