Oholei Torah 8th Graders Prepare for Yamim Noraim with Unique Program
The 8th graders at Oholei Torah participated in a special pre-Yamim Noraim preparation session, aimed at enhancing their understanding and experience of the upcoming Yomim Tovim. Rabbi Yisrael David Shmueli, a respected Mechanech and Chazan, led the students in an engaging workshop focused on the Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur Davening • Full Story, Watch
During the session, Rabbi Shmueli guided the boys through the various sections of Davening, showing the students which parts we say quietly and which parts we sing along with the Minyan, ensuring they felt confident and well-prepared to follow along with the Minyan during Yom Tov. The atmosphere was lively, as the students sang their way through the different sections of the Davening, fostering a sense of excitement and connection.
With this unique preparation, the boys of Oholei Torah are now more than ready to embrace the spiritual significance of Yom Tov, equipped with the knowledge and confidence to enhance their Davening experience.
