A mega Hakhel event will take place for Men, Women and children on Sunday, 15 Sivan, June 4th at 7 PM in the main Shul of 770.
The 60 minute event will feature Rabbi Naftali Silberberg on the topic of Hakhel for every Yid and Rabbi Yossi Paltiel on the topic of living Hakhel every day
As well as a special presentation from MyMaor for Children.
“The event will be a Hakhel event for the sake of Hakhel.” One of the organizers told Chabadinfo, “Ever since the Mega Hakhel evet on Sukkos there wasn’t a Hakhel Event for the sake of Hakhel since then.”
“So, we – R’ Mendel Gerlitzky, Meir Moshe Altmans, Shmuly Butler and R’ Yonason Hackner – decided to organize and push for a Hakhel event for the Sake of Hakhel on the largest stage – in the main Shul of 770.” He added.
As such the event will have no connection to a orginization and a Yomei D’Pagra on a ‘regular day’ with a program “with something for everyone” in just one hour.
