Following the overwhelming success of the previous community Hakhel events, a new and final grand Hakhel event will take place for Men, Women and Children on Sunday, 24 Elul/September 10 from 7:00 to 8:00 PM at 770.
The event will feature Rabbi Shmuel Butman, Director of Tzach, will speak about Hakhel’s impact on each of us. Rabbi Aaron Ginsberg, shliach in Boro Park, will speak about continuing with us into the new year.
The event will be joined by Rabbi Avrohom Osdoba and Rabbi Yosef Braun, members of the Badatz of Crown Heights.
There will be a special presentation from MyMaor for Children. All children will be included in a special raffle of a scooter, drone and seforim courtesy of IrgunTorah.org.
“The event will be a Hakhel event for the sake of Hakhel.” One of the organizers told Chabadinfo, “Till our [Sivan] Hakhel event there wasn’t a Hakhel Event for the sake of Hakhel since Sukkos.
“As such the event will have no connection to an organization and a Yomei D’Pagra on a ‘regular day’ with a program ‘with something for everyone’ in just one hour.” They added.
