On Sunday, 24 Elul, hundreds for Men, Women and children joined the 60-minute Grand Kinus Hakhel event that took place in the main Shul of 770.
The Event featured Rabbi Shmuel Butman, Director of Tzach, who spoke about Hakhel’s impact on each of us and Rabbi Aaron Ginsberg, Shliach in Broro Park, who spoke about continuing with us into the new year.
The event was joined by Rabbi Avrohom Osdoba and Rabbi Yosef Braun, members of the Badatz of Crown Heights.
“The event will be a Hakhel event for the sake of Hakhel.” One of the organizers told Chabadinfo, “Till our [Sivan] Hakhel event there wasn’t a Hakhel Event for the sake of Hakhel since Sukkos.
“As such the event will have no connection to an organization and a Yomei D’Pagra on a ‘regular day’ with a program ‘with something for everyone’ in just one hour.” They added.
