Early Shabbos morning at about 4:40 AM, a home on S. Johns Place belonging to a member of Anash was broken into by an African American man.
The incident took place on S. Johns Place between Albany Street and Troy, at the time the family was sleeping in the basement, the thief entered through the first floor.
The thief stole a number of valuables, “We had a lot of valuable items stolen,” the homeowner told Chabadinfo “Among the items he took; a new laptop, jewelry, cellphones, tefillin, a new watch, headphones and more.”
