Early yesterday morning (Wednesday), a brazen thief was arrested after forcefully grabbing someone’s phone and smashing it before trying to flee the scene. Thanks to fast action by Shmira volunteers and police, the suspect is now in custody.
Meanwhile, residents woke up to discover a wave of catalytic converter thefts overnight. At least several cars were hit — and the suspects were spotted driving a flashy gold-wrapped Acura TLX.
