Breaking: Attacker Admits to Brickman Stabbing

BREAKING – An African-American man, who was arrested yesterday for the stabbing of two people on Nostrand & Flatbush Avenues, admitted to stabbing a Jewish man in Crown Heights on February 10th.
The DA will be charging him for both crimes, including the February 10th stabbing of a Jewish man, Leiby Brickman, in Crown Heights. This concludes a long and painful saga, from which the survivor is still recovering.
As earlier reported, Leiby was married just one month to his wife, Mushka, when he was stabbed with a knife by a black male last Wednesday, which the NYPD and NYC Mayor de Blasio have suggested may be a crime motivated by “hate”. Leiby’s parents, Rabbi Chaim and Rivky Brikman, are Shluchim serving the Seagate and Coney Island Jewish communities.
Indeed, in response to that stabbing being only the last in a string of such incidents in Crown Heights, the Brikman and Katz families have requested from the community to join them at the JCM today, March 10, at 7 PM for an arranged meeting the the NYPD to see what can be done and to show our unity and resolve to see this matter taken seriously.
UPDATE: In light of today’s apprehension, the event will continue as planned, during which information and updates will be communicated to the community. All are asked to participate and show their support and demonstrate interest.
