Another chapter in the ongoing saga in the trial of the management of Beis Haknesses Beis Hamedrash Lubavitch Sheb’Lubavitch. Over 70 members of Kiryat Malachi, Israel’s “Young Shul” travelled to spend a Shabbos in the daled amos of the Rebbe MH”M in honor of Tes and Yud Kislev. The group spent the weekend mostly in and around 770, receiving a tours in the Aguch library, the WLCC room in 770, as well as around Crown Heights. The revolution continues! The ‘Igud Talmidei Hakvutza’, which ran an overwhelmingly successful ‘Yissachar and Zvulun’ learning initiative program for bochurim learning in Tomchei Temimim – 770 last yeshiva year, is back at it for another learning year with a plan for massive growth. At the end of Cheshvan the program’s participants sat in the lunch room of 1414 President Street for their monthly test. Officers from the NYPD stopped and arrested a man after he was suspected of stealing a suitcase from the stairs to 770. After reviewing security camera footage, authorities were able to confirm that he was the suspect in the theft.
