It was an unpleasant morning when Rabbi Tzemach Mizrachi entered Beit Chabad Milano as he does everyday. Rabbi Mizrachi heard suspicious noises: thieves on the run. After inspecting the damage, he realized that the silver crown from the shul’s sefer torah, a golden decoration plate, and several expensive electronics were missing. Chabad of New South Wales, under the auspices of Senior Shliach Rabbi Pinchus Feldman, held a public menorah lighting in Downtown Sydney’s Martin Place.
