The ten Mivtzoim (campaigns) initiated by the Lubavitcher Rebbe, Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson, are central to the outreach efforts of Chabad-Lubavitch worldwide. 2. Mezuzah: Promoting the observance of affixing mezuzot, parchment scrolls inscribed with biblical verses, on the doorposts of Jewish homes.
3. Shabbat Candles: Encouraging Jewish women and girls to light Shabbat candles before sunset each Friday, marking the onset of the Jewish Sabbath.
4. Kosher: Promoting the observance of kosher dietary laws among Jews.
5. Family Purity: Encouraging the observance of the laws of family purity (Taharat HaMishpacha) among Jewish couples.
6. Education: Supporting and promoting Jewish education for children through various initiatives.
7. Charity: Encouraging Jews to give charity (tzedakah) regularly and generously.
8. Love of Fellow Jew: Promoting unconditional love and camaraderie among Jews, regardless of background or affiliation.
9. Bayis Molei Seforim Furnish your home with as many holy books as possible. At the very least, get a hold of a Chumash, Tehillim, and a Prayer Book.
10. Study of Torah: Encouraging Jews to engage in regular Torah study, both individually and communally.

These campaigns were developed by the Rebbe as part of his vision to reach out to Jews of all backgrounds and encourage them to connect with their Jewish heritage. The Mitzvah Tanks, which are mobile outreach centers used by Chabad-Lubavitch emissaries, play a crucial role in bringing these campaigns to Jewish communities around the world.
