Question: Is it better to have night Tzitzis, and change every morning, or wear a pair for the day and night?
Answer: One should change their Tzitzis every morning and wear that pair until the next morning (i.e. change the pair every 24 hours).
This way you are wearing a garment that is obligated to have Tzitzis all day – even in the early morning (according to the opinion that a “Beged Leila” is not obligated in the morning) and at night (according to the opinion that one who wears a “Beged Yom” at night is fulfilling the mitzvah even at night).
