In a surprise to all Chasidim at the Purim Farbrengen 70 years ago at approximately 3:00 am the Rebbe shared a story of the downfall of a Russian dictator and recited a second Maamer.
At that time Stalin had planned a large terrible decree against the Jewish people, known as ‘the doctor’s plot’. A few days later the info was released they Stalin had died on that Purim at the time the Rebbe said this Ma’amar.
