He is survived by his parents, Rabbi Shmuel and Chaya Gurary, his siblings, and grandparents, Rabbi Yochanan and Rivka Gurary of Cholon, ER”Y, and Rabbi Moshe Chaim and Doba Levin of Kensington, NY.
