While walking on Rechov Malchei Yisroel in Yerushalayim, the late 10-year-old was killed, while he was walking with his sister and crossed the road with her, when a truck hit him, taking his life.
He was a student in the Chabad Talmud Torah, Toras Emes, a smart child and a member of Tzivos Hashem.
Yoel, the son of Chabad Shluchim in Kyiv Ukraine. They were staying Israel because of the war in Ukraine.

Around 2:45 p.m, a report was received at the Zaka about a fatal car accident on Rechov Malchei Yisroel in Jerusalem, a 10-year-old boy was run over by a truck and killed. ZAKA volunteers who attended the scene reported: “It is about a 10-year-old boy who crossed the road at a crosswalk and was run over by a concrete mixer truck.”
When ZAKA arrived at the scene, they saw a very difficult scene. The boy was lying under the truck, unconscious and suffering from a severe multisystem injury, the Paramedic instead had to confirm the passing. Zaka volunteers from the Jerusalem district team handled the Kavod Hames.
The police are investigating the accident.
