With great sadness we regret to inform you of the passing of Reb Shmiel (Sidney) Russ, OB”M, a longtime member of the Crown Heights community. He passed away Erev Shabbos, Tes Nissan. He was 88-years-old.
He was a known participant in many Crown Heights Simchas, always adding to the joyfulness.
He was a Kohen and would often give Brachos to many, especially at Simchas.
