With great sadness we inform you of the passing of Rabbi Shimon Goldman, OB”M, of Crown Heights. He passed away on Monday, 29 Tishrei, 5777. He was 91 years old.
Rabbi Goldman was born in Shedlitz, a town near Warsaw, Poland with a sizable Jewish community on Hey Teves 5686. He was the son of Shmuel Zanvil and Kraindy Goldman.
He is survived by his children Rabbi Yossy Goldman – Shliach in Johannesburg, South Africa; Mrs. Kraindy Klein and Shmuly Goldman, both of Crown Heights.
The Levaya will take place tomorrow, Tuesday, 11:00am at Shomrei Hadas and passing by 770 at around 12:00pm.
