With great sadness we inform you of the sudden passing of Rabbi Eliyahu Yosef She’ar Yoshuv Cohen, OB”M, former Rov of Chaifa.
He was 89 years old.
Rabbi Cohen was a dear friend of Lubavitch and the Shluchim, and attended many farbrengens with The Rebbe, as well as Sunday Dollars.
