With great sadness, we regret to inform you of the passing of R’ Yaakov Yisroel Chairsky, OB”M, a longtime member of the Crown Heights community and recently of Tzfas, ER”Y. He passed away on Sunday, Beis Adar. He was 74-years-old.
R’ chairsky was known to be very friendly to all those he came in contact withy, always greeting eveyone with a smile on his face.
