    With great sadness we inform you of the passing of Mrs. Leah Raizel Helman, OB”M, a longtime resident of Kfar Chabad. Mrs. Helman was the daughter of Rabbi Yehuda Shmotkin, OB”M. She passed away on Wednesday, 28 Adar Rishon.

    She is survived by her children; Ariela Tamri – Tzfas; Chedva Federman – Milwaukee, WI; Yosef Dovid (Davidi) – Crown Heights; Levi Yitzchok (Yitzchaki) Helman – Crown Heights; Shneur Zalman Helman – Krayot; Chava Shagalov – Tzfas; Dvorki Shmotkin – Milwaukee, WI; and children and grandchildren, many of whom are Shluchim around the world.

    She is also survived by her sister, Mrs. Rivkah Lipsh and brother, Rabbi Yisroel Shmotkin of Milwaukee, WI.

    She was predeceased by her children, Naavah Oirechman, OB”M and Chana Shachar, OB”M, and her son-in-law R’ Yitzchok Leib Federman, OB”M.
