With great sadness we inform you of the passing of Mrs. Leah (Liza) Gurary, OB”M, wife of – yblc”t – Rabbi Mordechai Gurary, Rov of Chevra Shas Shul in Crown Heights.
Mrs. Gurary was the daughter of Rabbi Shneur Zalman Bronstein, OB”M, one of the founders of the Kfar Chabad village in Eretz Yisroel.
She is survived by her husband and daughters Mrs. Sheinie Zalamanov and Mrs. Chani Blizinsky – both of Crown Heights, as well as by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She also survived her siblings Mrs. Sara Friedman of Kfar Chabad, Mrs. Shterna Drookman of Kiriayt Motzkin, Mrs. Mussia Kok of Kfar Chabad and Rabbi Yosef Yitzchak Bronstein of Hollywood, FL.
The Levaya will take place on Sunday around 1:00 pm at Shomrei Hadas and passing in front of 770 at around 2:00 pm.
