We are deeply saddened to report on the tragic passing of Levi Lewin, a Lubavitcher bochur from Quebec City, who was learning in Yeshivas Tzeirei Hatmimim of Tzfas. He passed away on 3 Tishrei 5784.
He was 16 years old.
Levi was the son of Rabbi Dovid and Devorah Leah Lewin, Shluchim Quebec City, Canada.
He was learning in Yeshivas Tzeirei Hatmimim of Tzfas and was known for his love to learn and would study for many long hours without a break and was genuine in his Chassidishkeit.
Levi suffered from a preexisting medical condition and tragically passed away in his sleep from complication in his sleep.
He is survived by his parents, Rabbi Dovid and Devorah Leah Lewin, and siblings.
