We regret to inform you of the passing of Mrs. Henya Malka Zalmanov, matriarch to a large family of chassidim and one of the founders of Bnei Brak’s Chabad community on Wednesday, 24 Shevat.
She was 95 years old.
Mrs. Zalmanov was married to Rabbi Leibel Zalmanov.
She was known to be active in local activities of N’Shei Chabad and was a renowned educator.
She is survived by her children, Rabbi Eliezer Zalmanov – Crown Heights; Rabbi Shmulik Zalmanov – Kfar Chabad; Mrs. Chava Lider – Bnei Brak; Mrs. Devora Bloi – Yerushalayim; Mrs. Rochel Kesselman– Crown Heights, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
