He more recently resided for a short time in Pittsburgh before his passing.
He worked many years as a psychologist but for decades was better known for his love of Torah study and davening. He was often seen in Shul Davening and meditating for several hours even on a weekday.
He is survived by his wife Rivkah Taub and children Shais Taub (Cedarhurst, NY), Rachel Klein (Boston, MA), and Dovid Taub (Pittsburgh, PA.)
Burial and shiva will take place in Chicago. Details to be determined.
