He is survived by his mother, Shaindel, and his siblings: Eliezer Zaklikovsky – Monroe, NJ; Mendy Zaklikofsky – Brooklyn, NY; Yitty Werner – Brooklyn, NY; Nechama Shmotkin – Brooklyn, NY; Yossi Zaklikofsky – Bellaire, TX; Berel Zaklikofsky – Goodyear, AZ; and Shmuel Zaklikofsky – Brooklyn, NY.
He was predeceased by his father, Rabbi Moshe Zaklikofsky, who passed away on Rosh Chodesh Iyar.
