We are deeply saddened to report on the untimely passing of David Kulchitsky, OBM. He passed away on Monday evening, 1 Shvat, 5783.
He was 48.
David was a beloved husband and father of seven.
Originally from Odesa, Ukraine, David worked as a respiratory therapist in New York City.
He is survived by his wife Zissi and children Eli, Bracha Dina, Leah, Yishai, Yehuda Meir, Michoel and Rochel.
The Levaya will take place today, Tuesday, leaving from Shomrei Hadas at 12:30pm and passing by 770 at approximately 1:30pm. From there it will travel to the Cemetery for Kevurah at 2:30pm.
