With great sadness we regret to inform you of the passing of R’ Avrohom (Avremy) Zakon, OB”M, a longtime member of the Crown Heights community. He passed away on Wednesday morning, Zayin Nissan. He was 55-years-old.

He has reportedly passed away after contracting the Coronavirus.

Avremy was known for his kindness and for always greeting everyone with a smile.

He is survived by his mother – may she have a Refua Shlaima – Mrs. Sima Zakon, his siblings R’ Yosef Zakon and Mrs. Braindy Naparstak.
