For the first time in Playa del Carmen and on the 13th anniversary of the Chabad of Playa del Carmen activity, a New Sefer Torah was Dedicated in Honor of the Rebbe’s 120th Birthday year. The sefer Torah was donated by The Sousana Family from Paris France, for The Chabad house in the resort town of Playa del Carmen in Mexico, led by the Rebbe’s Shliach Rabbi Mendel Goldberg. The writing of the last letters took place in the Chabad house, after which the tourists and guests went out to the town streets for a parade in honor of Torah. At the end of the Parade, a magnificent mitzvah meal was held in the hall of the Chabad house • Photos

After the Ford Motor company has received complaints of twenty-five fires, on the colling and heating apparatus being prone to fire. The company has recalled almost 200,000 Lincoln Navigators and Ford Expeditions. Model years in the recall are 2015 to 2017 • Full Story, Details

Earlier this month, Ford issued a recall for 277,040 F-Super Duty trucks and Lincoln Continentals because the anti-reflecting lens coating can degrade and cause cloudiness in the rearview camera.

The recalled vehicles are all model years 2017 to 2020 and include F-Super Duty F-250, F-350, F-450 and the Continentals that are equipped with a 360-degree camera system.
