Colonel Hassan Sayad Khodayari, a colonel in the Iranian Revolutionary Guards Corps, was shot dead in Tehran by two men on motorcycles. Rabbi Herzog is survived by his wife Shoshana, and children; R’ Yaakov Herzog (Crown Heights), R’ Shlomo Herzog (London, UK), R’ Yisroel Herzog (Nachalas Har Chabad, Israel), Mrs. Chana Shochet (London, UK), and R’ Shmuel Herzog (Montreal, Canada), and grandchildren.
The Levaya will take place today, Friday, at 4:30pm from 5 Durley Road N16. Burial in Addas Yisroel Cemetery, Carterhatch Lane, Enfield, Middlesex, EN1 4BG.

Following the parade through Crown Heights, a special rally took place in honor of Lag Ba’omer.
