The Hayom yom of 9 Tammuz says: The greatest guaranteed assurance (of Divine assistance) for all Jewish parents in need of special help and deliverance for their children is through their support of those who study Torah.
Yeshivas Lubavitch Cincinnati, founded and directed by Rabbi Gershon Avtzon, opened its doors with a small group of staff and students in Elul 5766. Ten years later, the school had hundreds of students through their doors and many of their alumni are now Jewish community leaders – and Shluchim – all around the world. The Yeshiva has acquired and renovated their new facilities and dormitory and has applicants from all across the world.
The dedication of the alumni to the Yeshiva is testament to the dedication of the staff of the Yeshiva. These dedicated individuals, have dedicated their lives for the education of the next generation. They are the strong and constant support and beacons of light in the lives of young boys looking to make decisions about their bright future. They are the true heroes of klal Yisroel and true shluchim of the Rebbe MH”m.
It is to these teachers that we dedicate this campaign. While the water and electric get shut off if a bill is late and not paid, they show up day in and day out. They deserve to be the first and on top of the list, yet sometimes the finances are so tight that payments get delayed and pushed off. After completing ten years, it is time to finish this debt and give these special people the full recognition they deserve for dedicating themselves for our children!
The motto of the Yeshiva is “working together to greet Moshiach”. The Gemara says that Tzedaka/charity is one of the best things that we can do to hasten the redemption. please donate generously:
