Russian City of Frierdiker Rebbe’s Exile Needs a Renovated Center

In the year 5687, famous chossid R’ Michoel Dvorkin came to Kostrama in honor of Gimmel Tammuz and opened a cheder and renovated the local Mikvah. When local Shliach Rabbi Nissan Ropo arrived to town he opened up a kindergarten and after many years he rebuilt the mikvah. Now the time has come to do a thorough renovation of the dated facilities.
