The Memories Auction House invites Chabad Chassidim and friends to take part in an auction introducing, among others, important Chabadic items.
Among others, you will find the book Torah Or by the Admor Hazaken which was printed in Zhytomyr – on the margins of its leaves there is dense and eloquent script which can form a Bichel of its own.
A sample of some leaves indicates that this is copying whose source is partly the .הערות הצ”צ
Along with this, on the back flyleaf under the heading “פדיון שבויים עם רוח מזרחית”, there are unknown details about an exciting, mysterious story, written on a page and a quarter in dense script about Pidyon Shvuyim by Rabbi Pinchas Reises at the Shlichus of Baal HaTany, referring to אביגדור ימ”ש in the margins.
Probably, inside the Bichel there are also unknown Mamarim.
In addition, you can find in the catalog a variety of items given directly by the Rebbe.
Leaves of Hadas from the Rebbe’s Chalukah, $1 bills alongside rare bills of $20 and $2, varied American and Israeli coins, Kuntresim, a thread from the Rebbe’s Gartel Talit Katan, a letter by the Rayatz and more.
The catalog also introduces non-Chabadic items such as hundreds of books of important editions including a copy of the first edition of the book Peiros Ginosar by the Or Hachaim Hakadosh which was published in his lifetime, letters by rabbis and their belongings – foremost among them, Talit and Talit Katan with a thread from a garment of Or Shivas Hayamim Marana the Baal Shem Tov is woven (additional customized items with a sacred golden thread can be ordered).
