The Shluchim were greeted with lively music and spirited dancing in the spacious gym on the Mesivta campus. The warm welcome continued with a Bruchim Haba’im gathering in the Shiur Beis – Gimmel Zal, emceed by Mashpia Rabbi Yisroel Noach Lipskier. The incoming Shluchim addressed the talmidim, speaking about the significance of the day and the mission of a Tomim.

“This year, with tremendous siyata diShmaya, the Yeshiva is privileged to welcome its largest group of Shluchim yet, serving a record number of bochurim,” said Menahel Rabbi Moshe Silman. “Be’ezras Hashem, they will bring an incredible level of chayus, Chassidishkeit, and koch in learning Nigleh and Chassidus throughout the entire Yeshiva.”

Living alongside the bochurim, the Shluchim become an integral part of daily Mesivta life. Through learning together, sharing a conversation, and setting a personal example, they build meaningful connections with the talmidim and encourage growth in learning, davening, and Chassidishe hanhogo. They also lead Seder Sichos and organize special programs and initiatives throughout the year, bringing added chayus and inspiration to the Mesivta experience.

Their presence is especially felt on Shabbos, when they enhance Shabbos seder, the seudos, and Seder Niggunim, filling the day with warmth, inspiration, and chayus. Through farbrengens, lively singing, and the personal connections they build with the bochurim, the Shluchim help create an uplifting Shabbos atmosphere that continues to inspire the bochurim throughout the week.

Together with an outstanding team of dedicated mechanchim, the addition of 16 Shluchim further strengthens the comprehensive Mesivta experience offered at Oholei Torah. The expansive campus features spacious zals and classrooms, a full gym, outdoor playing fields, an on site mikvah, and dormitory accommodations. This complete Yeshiva environment creates the immersive feeling of an out of town Mesivta, even for bochurim who live nearby, giving every talmid the space, support, and opportunities to grow both inside and outside the zal.

A tremendous Yasher Koach goes to the dedicated Hanhalah, led by Menahel Rabbi Moshe Silman, together with Shiur Aleph S’gan Menahel Rabbi Eli Oster and Shiur Beis-Gimmel S’gan Menahel Rabbi Zalman Laufer, as well as the devoted Mashpiim, Maggidei Shiur, Mashgichim, and entire Mesivta staff. Their tireless dedication and personal investment in every bochur create an environment where each talmid is encouraged and supported in his learning and chassidishkeit.
