Ukrainian Shluchim Celebrate Wedding 25 Miles from Russian Border

The wedding of Bracha Moskovitz of Kharkov, Ukraine daughter of the city’s longtime Shluchim Rabbi Moshe and Mrs. Miriam Moskovitz, and Mendy Katan of Kfar Chabad, Israel, took place on Jan. 26 in the eastern Ukrainian city of Kharkov amidst growing tension on the former Soviet country’s border with Russia. The city’s mayor even stopped by to congratulate the venerated Shluchim on their joyous occasion • Photos, Video
