As is done every year, a special committee has been established to choose this year’s niggun for the Rebbe MH”M’s new kapital in the leadup to Yud Aleph Nissan 5785, 123 years since the Rebbe’s birth.
The vaad will consist of experienced ba’alei tefilah and ba’alei menagen, many of whom have been involved in the process of choosing a niggun since its very inception.
Anash and temimim who have worked tirelessly to compose niggunim to be entered into the competition are asked to send their compositions to the vaad by Monday, Beis Nissan, 12 p.m., allowing the committee enough time to deliberate.
