In honor of Yud Aleph Nissan –the Rebbe MH”M’s 122nd Birthday, after a record-breaking 112 niggunim were submitted, the special committee tasked with choosing the new niggun for this year’s Kapitel has finally made their decision.
The vaad consisted of Baal Hamenagim Rabbi Eliyahu Eidelman, Rabbin Shneur Zalman Baumgarted, Rabbi Yisroel Bash, Rabbi Mendi Jerufi, Rabbi Elor Velner, Rabbi Yossi Cohen, Rabbi Zalman Laufer and Rabbi Schneur Zalman Niggun:
The niggun was chosen with a majority vote and without any doubt, the niggun was chosen was written by Hatomim Levi Niazov, Shliach in Yeshivas Lubavitch Toronto.
