An explosion of information about Moshiach has been taking place of recent, bringing about a powerful yearning for Geula. In the past few months, Chassidim have been inspiring one another to learn as much as they can about Inyonei Moshiach through Shiurim, online information, chevrusas, WA groups. and many other avenues of technology, so they can, in turn, inspire and educate their communities and acquaintances in a unified preparation for Yud Alef Nissan. Swept up in this powerful unshakeable current, women are networking to share ideas, plans, chizuk, moral support to plan events on or near Chof Hei Adar Sheini in tribute to the Rebbetzin Chaya Mushka and in preparation for the upcoming Birthday of the Rebbe.
We were amazed at the tremendous Hashgacha Protis which took place starting about the time of Chof Beis Shvat – the yartzeit of the Rebbetzin – when women everywhere felt strongly inspired to organize large events to bring Moshiach. “Rivka Malka Perlman and I have been in touch and are encouraging one another”, says Rivky Katz (an organizer of “Welcome Moshiach”). Rivky tells of her heart “tugging” at her to do something global, at just about the same time as Rivka Malka gracefully shared her broad vision to create Geula Gatherings throughout the world. And now, celebrations of unity and faith simply called “Welcome Moshiach” are cropping up all over the world the coming week….
It may not be too far a stretch to believe the Rebbetzin was instrumental in awakening thousands of Jewish women accross the globe to unite to usher in the Geula!
The “Welcome Moshiach” events are ready-made with flyers for advertising, recorded music to play, videos of speakers to show, handouts to share, and more. A list of all participating communities will be sent to the Rebbe. “We would love to have every Jewish woman and girl throughout the world joining this Chof Hei Adar in the “Welcome Moshiach” events in any form or measure; achdus brings Moshiach!”, says coordinator Basya Rubashkin. “Whether a large-scale community-wide event, or a Shiur, Farbrengen with friends or family, every single person counts and matters. Each is an entire world and can ‘tip the scale’ to bring Moshiach. Together is better!”
