In connection with the passing of Hagaon Harav Zalman Nechemiya Goldberg, OB”M, a letter from the Rishon L’Tzion, Harav Ovadia Yosef, OB”M, surfaced from 5739 where he writes a letter to the Rebbe asking for a Bracha for his son to have children.
