An upscale neighborhood was established in one of the fastest growing areas in Moscow, and at no surprise a new Chabad house was established there to serve the local Jews, which had the local Chabad Shliach Rabbi Aizik HaCohen Rosenfeld looking to find a permanent home in recent years.
