This year’s Kinus Hashluchim gala banquet was kicked off with the saying of the Rebbe’s Kapitel which was led by 22 different Shluchim from their Makom Hashlichus in 22 different countries due to the fact that many Shluchim were unable to aatend the Kinus this year in person as per the Rabbonim and doctor’s rules • Watch
