I was recently appointed as the principal in an out-of-town Cheder. One of my main responsibilities is to hire new teachers for the school. Question: I’m an educator and I think that I am pretty talented and dedicated. What inspires me is the difference that I can make in my students every year. Recently, I have noticed that most teachers are not so dedicated to their students, and there are so many real problems in the world and that made me start thinking that perhaps my investment does not really have a real impact.
