The Central Yeshivas Tomchei Temimim – 770 is expanding, thanks to Igud Talmidei Hakvutzah, with the purchase of a six story property. On Friday afternoon, shortly before Shabbos, the contracts to purchase 755 Eastern Parkway were signed.

Chabadinfo.com has been notified that the building was acquired by the Igud Talmedi Hakvutzah, in conjunction with the hanhala ruchnis of Tomchei Temimim – 770, specifically Rabbis Shneur Zalman Labkowsky and Shlomo Zarchi.
The Igud plans to ultimately combine the two buildings together to build a state of the art facility for the use of the bochurim learning in 770.
As ChabadInfo.com reported earlier this year, the Igud purchased the 749 building in a historic sale, signed off by New York’s Attorney General.
The following members of the Igud were instrumental in the purchase: Rabbi Meir Kabakov and Rabbi Meir Buktzin, Rabbi Yudi Grunburg, Rabbi Tzvi Margolis, Rabbi Chaim Meir Zalmanov, Rabbi Shlomo Wilhelm, and to Rabbi Shlomi Peleg and Rabbi Moshiach Elias.
