In the spirit of Farbrengen talk, being a Shliach in America, I have seen many times that by too many Shluchim, their Shlichus has become some type of enterprise that they own and eventually, the power begins to affect them. They become overly concerned with their image and building up their Mosad, even at the cost of doing things that are not in sync with the Rebbe’s Ratzon.
