On the second night of Chanukah, downtown Poughkeepsie was once again lit up with the lights of Chanukah at the 25 ft. Menorah (tallest Menorah in Dutchess County) stands proudly at 1 Civic Center Plaza.
Mark Pastreich of Eagleriverview Properties ascended high up in the air to light the Menorah, which has been a yearly event for the past 29 years in the City of Poughkeepsie, organized by Chabad of Mid-Hudson Valley, directed by the Shliach Rabbi Yaacov Borenstein.
The Menorah is lit every night of Chanukah at 3:15 PM, Saturday at 6:00 PM.
