The pandemic has not stopped Chabad of Springfield, Illinois, directed by Rabbi Mendy and Sara Turen, from moving along with their Mikvah project.
There has been much progress over the past few months; the Mikvah Bor and steps have been dug and filled with cement, the walls have been erected and the plumbing and electric work has been completed.
The final steps of the project will be to tile the walls and floor of each room and to install the furnishings.
A special thank you to all the generous donors, including Mikvah USA, who helped make this dream a reality.
