Purim in Nehora: Chabad’s Music Car
In addition to the regular Mishloach Manos packages that were distributed to residents, the Chabad House of Nehora, led by the Shlucha Mrs. Dikla Kochner, sent a car which circulated the community, whereupon all who came out to the sound of the music were handed a Mishloach Manos package.
