Paris: Deaf Jews Mark Chanukah with Special Event

Paris Shliach Rabbi Isser Lubecki held a special Chanukah event for a very niche crowd: Jews that are deaf. Himself deaf, Rabbi Lubecki ran an engaging program, including a menorah lighting and olive oil press exhibition.
