New Sefer Torah Dedicated in Abu Dhabi

Senior U.S. diplomat and philanthropist Paul Packer dedicated a Sefer Torah, which was completed this week, to the Jewish community in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Present at the ceremony were Shliach to the UAE Rabbi Levi Duchman, as well as Shliach to Istanbul, Turkey Rabbi Mendy Chitrik. The Torah was dedicated in honor of Horav Aharon Bina, Rosh Yeshiva of Yeshivat Netiv Aryeh, located on the Kosel Plaza in Jerusalem • Photos
