Rabbi Moshe Feller, Senior Shliach to Minnesota, opened the second session of the 117th U.S. Senate with a prayer in honor of Yud Shevat.
This comes as Chabad worldwide will mark this auspicious day beginning tonight. Yud Shevat is the day on which the Rebbe MH”M assumed leadership of the Chabad movement.
This was Rabbi Feller’s 10th prayer in Congress over the course of five decades, which makes him the rabbi to open the Senate second most in American history.
