Jews from all across Eretz Yisroel, came Motzei Simchas Torah to Kfar Chabad for the famous ‘Second Hakafos’. Every year there is a second round of Hakafos that takes place in Eretz Yisroel Motzei Simchas Torah, with many Knesset members and other dignitaries in participation • Photos
